Terms of Service

1. The service

KoreNexa provides clinic management software — bookings, payments, client records, and marketing tools — delivered as a subscription service. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your clinic.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of staff accounts you create. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful clinic operations.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, via our payment partners. Trials convert only when you choose a paid plan. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data

Your clinic's data belongs to you. We process it to deliver the service as described in our Privacy Policy. If you close your account, you may export your data first; we delete it after a reasonable retention window.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform: no unlawful content, no spam through our messaging integrations, no attempts to breach or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that put other tenants at risk.
