1. Information we collect

When you create a KoreNexa account we collect your name, email address, and clinic details. When your clinic uses the platform, we process booking, payment, and client-record data on your behalf as a data processor.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service, process payments, send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, reminders, invoices), and provide support. We do not sell your data or your clients' data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Data is stored in encrypted databases with role-based access control. Medical records and sensitive documents are kept in private storage accessible only through short-lived, token-gated links.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on payment gateways (Duitku, Stripe), messaging providers (WhatsApp/SMS gateways, email), and cloud infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Each processor only receives the data required for its function.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@korenexa.com. Clinic owners can export their data from the admin dashboard.
